In 1989, production began on the «Luch-1356», a miniature 13 mm quartz movement with a stepper motor. It was used in small women’s watches with various bracelets, such as those decorated with finift (painted enamel) (15), filigree (ornamental wirework) (16), woven «rope» designs, where bracelets resembling braided pigtails (17), or bracelets made of natural stones (18). The «Luch-1356» remained in production until 2003.

Also, in 1989, the factory started producing the «Luch-1656», a 16 mm quartz mechanism with stepper motor. for women’s watches. They were produced in a wide range. Some models combined both finift and filigree techniques – the bracelet featured painted enamel, while the case had a rotating braided filigree rim (19). These watches came in various colors. Production ended in 2002.
